How Much Would it Cost to Redecorate Your Bedroom?

You’ve been thinking about updating the look of your bedroom. You’ll need to ask your parents (of course) and they will probably want to know how much the changes will cost before they approve anything.

Before you look for prices, take good look at your room. What do you want to change? Does everything need to change or will a new color of paint on the walls be enough? Do you need new items for your bed (sheets or bedspread)?

Make a list of what you want to change—especially if you want to change more than just the paint. Once you have your list, see what type of things are available and check the price of each item. Check the prices at a few different stores. With the Internet, that won’t be too difficult! (If your parents get the newspaper, check the sales papers for bargains. You want to get the most for your money!)
